Faridabad-based real estate developer RPS Infrastructure Ltd has awarded a construction contract worth over ₹450 crore to KBE-Krishna Buildestates Pvt Ltd for the third phase of its flagship mixed-use development, RPS 12th Avenue.
Spanning approximately nine acres, Phase 3 comprises the Crosswalk mall and The Wisterias South, which features three ultra-luxury residential towers. The upcoming phase forms a core part of the broader 34-acre RPS 12th Avenue ecosystem located on Main Mathura Road in Sector 27C, Faridabad.
Under the mandate, KBE will lead the construction of the new phase, for which the architectural blueprint has already been completed by global design firm Benoy. The appointment marks the first time a premier construction contractor has been engaged for a development of this scale and nature in Faridabad.
