Joints

Concrete undergoes dimensional changes throughout its service life. Changes in temperature, moisture loss, drying shrinkage, autogenous shrinkage, creep and restraint from surrounding elements can create stresses within a concrete structure. …

In modern construction, movement is an inherent part of structural behaviour. Temperature changes, seismic activity, creep, shrinkage and structural deflection can cause buildings and infrastructure to move. Managing these movements …

Modern buildings and structures are constantly subjected to movement caused by thermal expansion, shrinkage, vibration, settlement, seismic activity, and load variations. If these movements are not properly accommodated, they can …

Concrete is one of the most widely used construction materials in the world due to its strength, durability, and versatility. However, its performance largely depends on proper placement and curing …

Expansion joint sealing tape is a specialised adhesive tape designed to address movement within expansion joints in structures. These tapes are integrated between elements of a building or structure to …

Joint sealing tape is a type of adhesive tape used to seal joints between two surfaces, such as in construction and plumbing applications. It is typically made of a flexible …

Expansion joint tape is used for the sealing of high movement expansion gaps across various surfaces/substrates. It provides water tightness and is used in concrete construction for the sealing of …

Hydrophilic waterstops are used to seal concrete joints to prevent water from leaking from concrete structures by creating an impenetrable barrier. They can be used for multiple purposes, including protecting …

Hydrophilic waterstops protect concrete structures by preventing moisture infiltration. They are used to avoid the movement of the water through the construction joints and movement joints. A water-stopper installed in …

Hydrophilic waterstops are elements of a concrete structure, intended to prevent moisture infiltration. A waterstop installed in concrete joints is an important component of an overall waterproofing design to protect …
