BRONCO® CEMGROUT SP75 is a ready-to-use, chloride-free dry powder grout that produces a free-flowing, non-shrink and high-strength grout when mixed with clean water. Formulated with cement, graded aggregate fillers and performance additives, it provides controlled expansion, reduced water demand and uniform filling around anchor bolts, machine foundations and base plates.
The product complies with IS 4031 (Part 6), ASTM C1107 and ASTM C827 and is suitable for machine and steel column foundations, anchor bolts and steel bars, ground anchors associated with diaphragm walls, base plate grouting in cold and hot rolling mills, bearing pads and heavy turbine bases.
Its controlled expansion helps maintain continuous contact between the grout and supporting surfaces, while its free-flowing and self-levelling properties allow easy placement in confined and difficult-to-access areas. The product also develops high early compressive strength, making it suitable for applications where equipment needs to be reinstated and commissioned promptly.

Technical Performance
BRONCO® CEMGROUT SP75 has a fresh wet density of 2150–2250 kg/m³ with a recommended water ratio of 14%. Its compressive strength exceeds 28 N/mm² at 24 hours, 50 N/mm² at 3 days, 65 N/mm² at 7 days and 75 N/mm² at 28 days. Free linear expansion is specified at 0.2–2%. The product also records a minimum 28-day tensile strength of 4.5 N/mm² and minimum 28-day flexural strength of 12.5 N/mm².
