Omaxe to invest ₹250 crore in residential project in Lucknow

Omaxe Garv Buildtech, a fully-owned subsidiary of Omaxe Group, intends to invest around ₹250 crore for the construction of a residential project named Omaxe Cassia along Raebareli Road in Lucknow.

This project will feature eight towers that will provide 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, with an anticipated completion within the next three years. In a different regulatory announcement, Brigade Enterprises disclosed that it has secured a 5.72-acre land parcel in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, through an auction held by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC).

The land was acquired at a cost of ₹44 crore per acre, not including registration fees. The company aims to develop a residential project on this site.
