Hero Homes, the realty arm of Hero Enterprise, is expanding its footprint in Greater Noida with the launch of Leafsong Retreat, a 4.5-acre premium residential development in Sector MU. The project will offer Luxury 3 BHK residences across three towers of up to 30 storeys. The launch marks another significant step in the company’s growing residential presence in one of NCR’s emerging growth corridors.
The launch strengthens Hero Homes’ focused expansion strategy in Greater Noida, following the company’s acquisition of two land parcels in the city. The first, is being developed as Leafsong Retreat, while the second is a 17.3-acre parcel at the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, where Hero Homes is developing a premium residential project with a development potential of nearly 6 million sq. ft. Together, the two developments mark a significant expansion of Hero Homes’ residential footprint in Greater Noida and underpin its long-term focus on the Uttar Pradesh market.

Leafsong Retreat has been designed around open spaces, greenery and easier movement within the development. The project is located in Sector MU, with access to the six-lane Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Yamuna Expressway. The 130-metre road connecting Greater Noida with Greater Noida West and the Jewar area further strengthens local connectivity. The Aqua Line’s Depot Metro Station is around three kilometres away, while Pari Chowk is approximately seven kilometres from the project. Leafsong Retreat will offer 2 and 3 BHK residences in different configurations.
At the centre of the development will be a clubhouse with spaces for fitness, wellness, and recreation. The amenities will include a gym, yoga room, Zumba and aerobics area, squash court, spa, kids’ play area, restaurant, and café.
