Pristine Landmark Spaces has finalized an agreement to purchase a 4.2-acre land parcel situated in Pune’s Vadgaon Sheri area for Rs 250 crore. The transaction, which was registered on February 4, includes a stamp duty fee of Rs 17.5 crore.
The sellers involved in this deal are Kumar City Co-operative Housing Society and Kumar Urban Development, according to documents obtained from CRE Matrix. Vadgaon Sheri, positioned near Nagar Road and in proximity to Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and the Pune airport, has emerged as a prime location for residential and mixed-use development.
The area’s connectivity to established office hubs such as Kharadi and Yerwada, along with its social infrastructure, has drawn significant interest from developers.
This land acquisition reflects a growing trend in the region, where developers are increasingly concentrating on redevelopment opportunities and acquiring land for future projects.
