The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has sent a letter of intent (LoI) to the global tractor manufacturer New Holland, with plans to allocate 100 acres of land in Sector 8D, adjacent to the forthcoming Noida International Airport.
The company aims to set up a manufacturing facility for tractor engines and associated equipment, with an estimated investment of around Rs 5,000 crore. This initiative is anticipated to create substantial employment opportunities for the local youth.
The proposal put forth by New Holland is presently under evaluation by Invest UP, the state agency responsible for investment facilitation, awaiting approval. Upon receiving clearance from the Uttar Pradesh government, the official land allotment process will begin.
