Land marked for mixed-use purposes have plots for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and recreational purposes – all within the specified area.

The Yamuna Authority plans to launch the plot scheme for mixed-use of 1,045 hectares of land under its jurisdiction according to the Master Plan 2041, officials said on Tuesday.

Land marked for mixed-use purposes have plots for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and recreational purposes – all within the specified area.

“An area of about 1,045 hectare is earmarked for mixed-use in the Plan 2041. We have sought feedback on the Master Plan and we will soon incorporate the suitable comments and launch this scheme,” he said.

In the mixed-use land scheme, the share of industrial/institutional/recreational has to be at least 75%; residential up to 12%; commercial, up to 8%; and institutional, at least 5%.
