Prestige Estates Projects has unveiled a large-scale residential township named Prestige Golden Grove in Tellapur, a rapidly developing area in Hyderabad. Spanning 29 acres, the project boasts an estimated gross development value exceeding Rs 9,500 crore and will provide approximately 5,120 housing units, representing a significant increase in the company’s presence in the city.
The development will include a variety of two, three, 3.5, and four-bedroom apartments, featuring premium four-BHK units with staff accommodation. Apartment sizes will vary from 1,169 sq. ft. to 3,013 sq. ft., with prices commencing at around Rs one crore and reaching up to Rs three crore, catering to mid to premium homebuyers.
With a total saleable area of roughly 10.36 million sq. ft., the township is designed to offer a balanced lifestyle, incorporating modern architecture, open spaces, and a diverse array of amenities. Tellapur has become a favored residential destination due to its closeness to Hyderabad’s major IT corridors and well-established social infrastructure.
The launch is in line with the developer’s broader growth strategy, as it continues to expand while also considering cities like Pune, Gurugram, and Noida for future residential developments.
