The Telangana Housing Board’s land parcels located in various parts of the city have once again achieved high prices, reaching up to 1.76 lakh per square yard in Gachibowli and 1.64 lakh per square yard in Kukatpally. The total revenue generated from the land sales conducted on Monday amounted to 34.27 crore.
On February 9, the Board issued a notification to auction 14 land parcels situated in Gachibowli, Bowrampet, Balaji Nagar, Chintal, and other city areas to the public. Approximately 50 bidders took part in the auction that took place at the KPHB community hall on Monday. Among the sold plots, with the exception of the land in Bowrampet and a flat in Bachupally, all other plots fell under the MIG and HIG categories.

Likewise, a plot of 266 square yards in Kukatpally Balaji Nagar was sold for 1.64 lakh per square yard.
Additionally, open plots in the Chintal area were sold at prices of 84,000 and 74,000 per square yard, as stated by Housing Board Vice Chairman VP Gautam.
