The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to build the Narmada Apartment in Sector-4 of Gomtinagar Extension, which will feature 300 luxury flats and 12 penthouses. According to LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar, the registration period for the flats will commence on January 24 and conclude on February 23.
The available units will consist solely of 3BHK plus study configurations. Applications must be submitted exclusively via the LDA website. Applicants are required to pay a registration fee of 5% of the estimated flat cost, while those in reserved categories will be charged a reduced fee of 2.5%. Allotments will be conducted through a lottery system.
Each flat will encompass approximately 2,100 square feet and will be priced starting at Rs 1.4 crore. Additionally, the project will include 12 penthouses, each around 4,000 square feet, with prices beginning at Rs 2.8 crore. The society will offer modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, children’s play area, power backup, and parking facilities for over 500 vehicles.
Commercial shops will also be established to cater to daily necessities. Kumar mentioned that the project will be located adjacent to LDA’s Rapti Apartment on G-20 Road, providing convenient access to Shaheed Path, Ekana Stadium, and the Police Headquarters. The development will consist of three towers. LDA chief engineer Manvendra Singh stated that the project is expected to be completed at a cost of Rs 330 crore.
Construction is anticipated to take three years, with possession being granted within five years. Following allotment, buyers will have the option to pay in 36 monthly installments, while those who settle the full amount within 45 to 90 days will receive a discount ranging from 4% to 6%.
