The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing to introduce a housing plot scheme in January 2026 for individuals interested in residing near the Noida International Airport, which is anticipated to commence operations in February 2026.
The scheme will provide 973 residential plots of varying sizes, from 162 to 290 sq. mtrs., situated in sectors 15C, 18, and 24A, in proximity to the airport. A reservation system has been established, allocating 17.5 percent of the plots for farmers whose land has been acquired, and five percent for industrialists operating within the YEIDA region.
The remaining 77.5 percent will be accessible to the general public. Additionally, YEIDA has recently allocated 65 industrial plots, resulting in a revenue generation of Rs 2,200 crore. This housing initiative is part of YEIDA’s comprehensive strategy to promote development in the area surrounding the forthcoming airport.
