Kartik Aaryan’s parents have acquired an office unit valued at ₹10.83 crore in Vile Parle, Mumbai, as per the information obtained by Zapkey.
The deal was officially recorded in November, with a stamp duty amounting to ₹65 lakh paid.
The property, which was sold by Notan House, features a carpet area of 1,228 sq ft and includes two car parking spaces, according to the documentation. Notandas Realty is the developer responsible for Notan House.
