B L Kashyap and Sons, a prominent engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm in India, has secured a new domestic contract valued at Rs 254.22 crore from DLF Home Developers.
The agreement encompasses civil structural works, rough finishing, waterproofing, and related construction activities for a project located in Sector 63, Gurugram. The project scope includes one high-rise tower along with multiple ancillary low-rise buildings and associated structures.
The contract is anticipated to be completed over an estimated duration of approximately 37 months. Managing Director Vineet Kashyap stated that this award signifies DLF’s trust in the company’s technical expertise and execution standards.
The new project enhances B L Kashyap’s expanding footprint in Gurugram, which continues to witness robust development activity. He reiterated the company’s dedication to quality, safety, and the timely delivery of projects.
