CCI Projects plans to invest approximately Rs 700 crore in the development of a luxury housing tower within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). In a statement released on Monday, the firm announced the launch of ‘Skyleap’, a premium residential tower featuring 53 stories and a total of 320 apartments.
This new tower is part of a gated community spanning 6 acres, known as ‘Rivali Park 2’, located along the Western Express Highway in Borivali. The project will be executed with an investment of Rs 700 crore, and the company anticipates generating revenue exceeding Rs 1,250 crore.
Founded in 2000, Mumbai-based CCI Projects Pvt Ltd has successfully completed over 8 towers to date and currently has an under-construction portfolio of approximately 35 lakh sq ft.
