Reinforcing its commitment to strengthening customer support and service capabilities, CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has inaugurated its new premises in the National Capital Region (NCR), marking an important milestone in enhancing its operational infrastructure and customer engagement in the region.
The new premises, spread across 6000 sq. ft., have been designed to strengthen service readiness and improve parts availability, enabling CASE to respond more effectively to the evolving requirements of customers. The facility features double the parts storage capacity, a workshop equipped to accommodate 10–12 machines, and a dedicated machine display area, providing customers with improved access to equipment, parts and service support. Serving customers across northern region, the facility also showcases 4 CASE machine models, providing customers with an opportunity to explore the brand’s equipment portfolio and engage with its product offerings.

Commenting on the inauguration, Ravindra Ashtekar, Head Network Development, CASE Construction Equipment, said, “NCR is an important market for construction equipment, with demand shaped by ongoing infrastructure development and a diverse range of customer requirements. Strengthening our presence in the region is therefore an important part of our efforts to remain accessible to customers and provide dependable support. The new premises bring together enhanced parts storage, workshop capacity and a dedicated machine display area, enabling us to further strengthen our service capabilities and customer engagement.”
The inauguration was attended by approximately 40 customers, reflecting the engagement and support of CASE’s customer base in the region. The event also witnessed two machine handovers and three parts invoicing transactions, marking a positive start for the new premises. CASE has had an established presence in Faridabad since 2018, when it inaugurated its first company-owned, company-operated showroom in India in the city. Given Faridabad’s industrial base and strategic location within the NCR, the city continues to be an important market for CASE as it strengthens its customer support and service capabilities in the region.
A global leader in construction equipment since 1842, CASE has been present in India since 1989. It has consistently remained a market leader in the vibratory compactor segment and a leading player in the backhoe loader segment since its inception.
