Property owners who are waiting for the formal registration of their properties with the Lucknow Development Authority will soon have the opportunity to complete the entire process at a dedicated ‘single-window’ camp.
This initiative, lasting 13 days, is designed to address the considerable backlog of pending registries for various residential and commercial properties. The special camp is scheduled to take place from November 3 to 15 in the committee hall of the LDA building, as directed by LDA Vice-Chairman Prathmesh Kumar.
According to LDA secretary Vivek Srivastava, this camp represents a collaborative effort between the LDA and the registry department. For the initial 10 days, LDA officials will be responsible for preparing all required documentation.
In the final three days (November 13-15), officials from the registry department will be available on-site to execute and finalize the registrations. Deputy secretary Madhvesh Kumar mentioned that the authority is actively reaching out to allottees.
Those who have fully paid for their properties are being contacted through the LDA’s call center. Allottees who have settled 80% or more of the total amount are being encouraged to pay the remaining balance and take advantage of this camp to complete their registration.
