Delhi NCR-based real estate company ONE Group Developers has unveiled its latest low-rise residential project, The Clermont, located in Mohali, Punjab, with an anticipated revenue of Rs 400 crore.
The project covers a built-up area of 4.75 lakh sq. ft. and consists of 27 towers that provide 216 units of three-BHK independent floors, with prices starting at Rs 1.60 crore. An initial investment of Rs 100 crore will support the project, while additional construction will be financed through future cash flows.
The Clermont is projected to be completed within three years, utilizing advanced aluminum formwork technology to guarantee quality and timely delivery. This development will be integrated with the existing ONE City Hamlet township, further strengthening Mohali’s expanding real estate market.
ONE Group operates across six states in North India and currently oversees 18 projects, which include 10 residential and eight commercial initiatives. The company previously announced a Rs 1,200 crore investment in Mohali over the next two years, emphasizing the city as a burgeoning hub for residential buyers and investors.
