RITES has released a tender for the construction of a new outpatient department (OPD) building at the NIMHANS campus located in Bengaluru. The contract will be carried out under EPC Mode III and is estimated to be valued at Rs 300.77 crore.
The project scope encompasses design, engineering, procurement, and construction of a state-of-the-art OPD facility intended to enhance the patient care infrastructure at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).
This contract includes extensive civil works, structural development, internal services, and related infrastructure to facilitate advanced medical operations. The completion period is set for 24 months from the date of contract award. Upon completion, the facility will greatly increase OPD handling capacity and improve accessibility for patients throughout Karnataka and neighboring regions.
The deadline for bid submissions is 01 June, 2026.
