India’s largest player in branded residences segment, M3M India has unveiled M3M Black Circle, a private, invitation-only privilege platform designed to extend the experience of branded homeownership beyond the residence. The launch comes as the company plans to expand its branded portfolio from approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. to 10 million sq. ft. by the end of 2026, targeting an additional topline of ₹13,400 crore.

Moving beyond traditional definitions of luxury centred on space, design and amenities, Black Circle offers homeowners exclusive access to global luxury icons and curated experiences. Drawing on M3M’s relationships with some of the world’s most celebrated luxury brands, the platform aims to create a deeper connection between homeowners and the people, experiences and creative worlds behind their addresses.
Black Circle made its debut in Paris, where owners of Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB residences were hosted on an exclusive, curated journey. The experience included personal interactions with Jacob Arabo and Elie Saab Jr., exceptional dining and private luxury cruises, bringing homeowners closer to the personalities and creative vision behind the brands associated with their residences.

The Paris experience/chapter builds on M3M’s recent initiatives to connect homeowners with influential figures from the worlds of luxury and business. Trump homeowners, for instance, have previously enjoyed close interactions with Donald Trump Jr. in the United States at his private invitation. Through Black Circle, M3M India aims to make such access and experiences an integral part of its branded-residences proposition.
Speaking on the launch, Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, said, “Luxury today is no longer defined by what you own, but by who you know and where you are welcome. Our homeowners already live with the best of design and craftsmanship. With Black Circle, we are opening doors that have traditionally stayed closed: to the founders, designers and visionaries behind the world’s most admired brands. What we saw in Paris was not a trip; it was a sense of belonging to a global circle. This is the new benchmark for branded living in India, and we intend to keep raising it.”

M3M India, together with Smartworld, has built a branded-residences portfolio spanning three Trump developments, two ELIE SAAB developments and one Jacob & Co. development. According to company figures, the portfolio covers approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. and is home to a community of around 500 owners.
The company plans to expand its branded footprint to approximately 10 million sq. ft. by the end of 2026, targeting an additional topline of ₹13,400 crore. The company is also in advanced discussions with some of the world’s most sought-after luxury brands for new collaborations in Indian real estate.
As its portfolio expands, M3M India aims to extend Black Circle across its branded-residences ecosystem, reflecting the evolving definition of luxury living, where homeownership goes beyond architecture and amenities to encompass exclusive access, curated experiences, and meaningful engagement with global brands. Through a combination of exceptional residences and distinctive lifestyle offerings, Black Circle seeks to foster lasting connections between homeowners and the brands that enrich their lives, redefining branded living in India while creating a more immersive, personalised, and enduring ownership experience.
