The Precast Manufacturers Association of India (PMA) is set to bring its Premium Members together for the PMA Premium Members Meet 2026, scheduled for 17 and 18 August 2026 at Royal Lotus View Resotel, Bengaluru, Karnataka, Near Kempegowda International Airport.
The two-day gathering will provide a platform for precast manufacturers to exchange ideas, discuss industry requirements, explore collaboration opportunities and shape the association’s priorities for the coming year.
Held under the theme “Voice of Precast”, the meeting carries the message “Together We Build. Together We Grow.” The programme combines member interaction, technical discussions, business development, organisational planning and a guided factory visit.

First Day- A Platform for Industry Interaction
The first day will begin with registration, followed by a welcome address by the PMA President and an introduction to the Core Committee. A dedicated member introduction session will allow Premium Members to present their organisations and interact with fellow industry participants.
The programme will then move into discussions around the vision and roadmap of PMA. Among the proposed initiatives are the launch of the PMA Newsletter, development of technical standards and preparation of design manuals covering U-Drains and Box Culverts.
The association also plans to discuss support related to NABL requirements and factory certification, along with greater engagement with government authorities.
Strengthening Industry-Government Engagement
Government engagement is expected to form an important part of the PMA’s discussions. The association plans to explore coordination with municipal bodies, NHAI, Railways, Metro authorities, Central Ministries and State Ministries.
Another area of discussion will be policy measures to encourage wider adoption of precast construction in public works. The meeting will provide members with an opportunity to share industry perspectives and discuss measures that could support greater use of precast technologies in infrastructure and construction projects.
Creating More Business Opportunities
The Business Growth & Industry Development session will focus on opportunities for members to work together.
Discussions will include commercial tie-ups, joint bidding, business referrals, live tender tracking and new business opportunities. The objective is to create greater interaction among members and identify areas where companies can collaborate on projects and requirements.
The proposed PMA Academy will also be discussed. Training programmes for civil engineers and site supervisors are planned as part of the initiative, with the aim of strengthening technical knowledge related to precast construction.
Focus on Technology and Knowledge
Technology will be another major part of the programme. The session on Advanced Technologies & Global Collaborations will cover areas such as UHPC, plant automation and a common mould bank.
These discussions will give members an opportunity to exchange views on manufacturing technologies and production practices that can be applied across different precast applications.
PMA is also planning discussions around a possible delegation to Bauma China and partnerships with international precast associations. Such initiatives could provide members with opportunities to understand developments in global precast manufacturing and establish professional connections beyond India.
Members to Shape PMA’s Future Direction
The Open House Discussion will give Premium Members a direct platform to raise suggestions, discuss challenges and identify opportunities.
Rather than limiting the programme to formal presentations, the session is intended to encourage members to openly discuss their expectations from PMA and the areas where the association can provide greater support.
The inputs gathered during this session can contribute to PMA’s priorities and programmes for the coming year.
Action Plan for 2026–27
The proposed PMA Action Plan 2026–27 will be another important part of the meeting. The plan includes 12 webinars, six workshops, five technical manuals and five state chapters.
The association also plans to conduct PMA Core Elections and appoint State Presidents. The proposed state chapters could provide a platform for regional member engagement and technical activities.
The first day will conclude with a Gala Dinner and Networking Evening, providing members with additional time for informal interaction and relationship building.
Second Day – Factory Visit and Technical Interaction
The second day of the PMA Premium Members Meet 2026 will focus on a guided factory visit, providing members with an opportunity to connect the discussions from the first day with practical manufacturing experience.
Participants will depart in the morning for the proposed factory visit locations:
- Supertiles, Harohalli
- Sumeru Precast Plant
The visit will include technical interaction, manufacturing observations and discussions on precast production practices. Members will have the opportunity to exchange views on plant operations, production processes and industry practices. Lunch is to be hosted at Supertiles, Harohalli.
The factory visit will add a practical dimension to the two-day programme, allowing members to observe manufacturing activities and interact on technical and operational aspects of precast production.
The PMA Premium Members Meet 2026 will bring together discussions on technical standards, training, business collaboration, government engagement, technology and industry development. The meeting will also give Premium Members a platform to share their views, identify common industry requirements and contribute to PMA’s proposed initiatives for 2026–27.
With member interaction at the centre of the programme, the meet aims to strengthen professional connections, encourage knowledge sharing and support greater collaboration among India’s precast manufacturers.
