Max Estates, a prominent real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR), has introduced Estate 361, a distinctive ‘forest-anchored’ residential community located in Sector 36A, Gurugram, Haryana.
Spanning 18.23 acres, this project provides a verdant setting with over 250,000 sq. ft. of forest greens, incorporating more than 1,000 indigenous trees and over 50 species of plants chosen for their ability to flourish in Gurugram’s climate.
The initiative prioritizes sustainability, having received IGBC Platinum Pre-certification in accordance with Max Estates’ LiveWell philosophy. The initial phase of Estate 361 will feature The Hub, a 200,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that will offer amenities such as an all-weather swimming pool, gym, spa, and racket courts.
Additionally, the community will include senior living residences managed by Antara Senior Living, emphasizing holistic wellness through the Antara Integrated Wellness Centre.
