The Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation has released a tender for the development of 1,484 dwelling units (DU) featuring G+3 floors in the villages of Alarwad and Wadagavi, located in Belagavi taluk, Karnataka, as part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Housing for All (HFA) initiative.
The project scope includes the implementation of a monolithic shear wall design utilizing cast-in-situ, single pour technology along with single-stage aluminum shuttering. The total contract value amounts to Rs 131.64 crore, which encompasses the construction of high-quality housing along with essential amenities.
This tender is intended to meet the housing requirements under the PMAY(U) program, offering affordable homes to qualified beneficiaries. Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 31 December, 2025.
