Gera Developments is set to invest approximately Rs 1,100 crore in the creation of a new wellness-oriented housing project in Pune, aligning with its expansion strategy.
Managing Director Rohit Gera announced that the project, spanning eight acres, will comprise around 1,000 flats divided into two phases, with the initial phase set to launch approximately 500 units starting at Rs 1.25 crore. Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has been designated as the brand ambassador for Gera’s Wellness-Centric Homes.
This project will provide residents with access to yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, nutritional guidance, personal fitness coaching, and community wellness initiatives through collaborations with experts. Gera confirmed that the land cost has been fully settled, and construction costs will be covered by internal accruals.
The company intends to introduce six additional wellness-focused housing projects in the upcoming years. Currently, Gera Developments has five projects underway in Pune, Goa, and Bengaluru, four of which are residential. The wellness-centric approach seeks to transform homes into vibrant ecosystems that foster healthier living.
