The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has received a total of 110 applications, with 85 submitted on Monday, pertaining to its one-time settlement (OTS) scheme, which provides information regarding outstanding dues on properties acquired by the applicants.
Additionally, a help desk has been established at the LDA office to assist allottees with their online applications. The LDA is also conducting camps throughout its various projects. An OTS camp located at Bhawani Market, Jankipuram Extension, will be operational on Tuesday, providing immediate assistance. Deputy Secretary Madhvesh Kumar stated that the scheme will remain open until July 17.
It encompasses residential and commercial properties, plots allocated to government institutions and schools, charitable organizations, auctioned properties, cooperative housing societies, and building map approvals. Allottees who have defaulted on their instalments and have incurred penal or compound interest are eligible to receive relief under this scheme.
