DRA Homes acquires 4.38 acres land in Chennai

DLF concludes deal to sell IT-SEZ, vacant land in Kolkata

DRA Homes, based in Chennai, has purchased 4.38 acres of land at Chembarambakkam along the Chennai–Bengaluru Highway for ₹50 crore, which includes stamp duty.

Ranjeeth Rathod, the managing director of the company, stated, “Our Gold-rated Green building will integrate smart design, adaptable living options, and community-focused amenities to develop residences that meet the needs of India’s emerging generation of mobile professionals and families.”

The residential development will encompass nearly one million square feet of mid-segment housing, along with managed residential services for flexible short-term accommodations. The project is projected to have a sales potential of ₹650 crore.
