Great Value Realty and BPTP have granted construction contracts totaling ₹933 crore to Capacit’e Infraprojects and NCC, respectively, for residential projects in the NCR.
Capacit’e Infraprojects has obtained a contract worth approximately ₹445 crore from Great Value Realty for civil and structural works at its ‘Great Value Ekanam’ project located in sector 107, Noida.
This project will feature 3BHK and 4BHK units, with sizes ranging from 3,525 sq ft to 5,525 sq ft. In another development, BPTP has assigned a ₹488 crore contract to NCC for its ‘Downtown 66’ residential project situated in sector 66, Gurugram. The work scope includes civil structure and finishing tasks, encompassing a total construction area of around 1.79 lakh sq metres.
