Shriram Properties (SPL) has entered into a joint development agreement for seven acres of land, which is part of a larger 15-acre land parcel located in North Bengaluru.
The company plans to develop a row houses project with an anticipated gross development value (GDV) of ₹600 crore.
Akshay Murali, the vice president of Business Development at the company, stated, Yelahanka’s robust infrastructure development and its closeness to the forthcoming biodiversity park render it an outstanding site for premium row houses.
This new initiative highlights the company’s dedication to its asset-light growth strategy, emphasizing partnerships and the effective deployment of capital in high-potential areas.
