Shriram Properties (SPL) has successfully acquired a four-acre land parcel located on Sarjapur Main Road in South-East Bengaluru through a direct purchase transaction. The company intends to construct a high-rise residential project on this site.
The planned development is expected to encompass around five lakh square feet of saleable area, with a projected gross development value (GDV) ranging from ₹550 to ₹600 crore.
The launch of the project is anticipated in the latter half of 2026. Additionally, it has recently obtained 100% equity shares of Shrivision Upscale Spaces. This acquisition was finalized on February 9, 2026, through a cash transaction, with shares acquired at ₹10 each (at par).
