Puravankara Limited has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 7.83-acre land parcel in southeast Bengaluru, expanding its residential development pipeline in the city. The proposed project is expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹1,100 crore and a saleable area of approximately 0.89 million sq ft.

According to the company, the land parcel will be developed as a residential project in an established corridor of southeast Bengaluru. Mallanna Sasalu, CEO-South at Puravankara, said the transaction adds close to one million sq ft of saleable area to the company’s portfolio in the city.

The latest agreement is part of Puravankara’s broader land acquisition and development strategy in Bengaluru. With this transaction, the company has added five land parcels in the city during the current financial year. Its cumulative FY27 business development in Bengaluru has reached around 49.76 acres, representing a potential GDV of approximately ₹6,300 crore and around 5.12 million sq ft of saleable area.

The company has also been active in securing additional development opportunities across Bengaluru during 2026. In June, it entered into a JDA for a 6.4-acre land parcel in Sarjapur. The project carries an estimated GDV potential of ₹1,000 crore and a saleable area of about 0.80 million sq ft.

Puravankara had earlier acquired a 9.73-acre land parcel in Sanna Ammanikere, which has an estimated GDV potential of ₹800 crore and approximately 0.89 million sq ft of saleable area. It also signed a JDA for an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi, with a potential GDV of ₹1,100 crore and around 0.74 million sq ft of saleable area.

In May 2026, the developer secured 14.57 acres in Mandur, with a potential GDV of ₹2,300 crore and approximately 1.8 million sq ft of saleable area.

The latest Bengaluru transaction takes Puravankara’s total land additions in the city to nearly 50 acres during FY27. The company’s expanding development pipeline reflects continued focus on residential opportunities across established and emerging locations in Bengaluru, where demand for housing remains supported by employment growth, connectivity improvements and expansion of urban infrastructure.
