The discussion was on the strategies to cater to the Indian diverse market to navigate the real estate industry post-pandemic. The experts believed that even though economic growth remained subdued in the first half of 2021, it might bounce back in the second half. Online house buying is now in trend and the sector has become organised with the evolution of technologies. Artificial intelligence, data mining etc are going to evolve more.The design and process to cope with the future is also going through transmission. There were discussions about the evolving market trend to bridge the gap between buyer and seller.
