As a grout admixture, BRONCO® NSPG 200 produces a free-flowing, non-shrink grout with controlled expansion. Unlike conventional aluminium based expanding admixtures, its aluminium-free formulation eliminates hydrogen gas generation, providing more stable and controlled expansion. The admixture also reduces water demand, improves pumpability, minimizes bleeding, and promotes high early strength development without the use of chlorides, contributing to durable grouting performance.
The product is supplied as a brown powder with a bulk density of approximately 0.80 kg/L and is typically added at a dosage of 200 grams per 50 kg bag of cement, followed by the required quantity of clean water. Its improved flow characteristics allow cement grout to penetrate fine cracks, voids, and difficult-to-access cavities, ensuring complete filling and superior bonding.
