Abhee Ventures, one of South India’s leading real estate developers, has received RERA approval for its upcoming 45-acre residential development in Gunjur, Bengaluru, officially registered as Abhee City Urban Glenn under RERA Registration No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/
Located in Gunjur along the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor, Abhee City Urban Glenn is envisioned as a large-format residential community that brings together Scottish-inspired architecture and landscapes with wellness, recreation and community-focused experiences. The location offers access to major employment hubs and commercial centres, including Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, the Outer Ring Road IT corridor, ITPL and the EPIP corridor, while upcoming infrastructure such as the Dommasandra Metro Station, suburban rail network, proposed SWIFT City and Peripheral Ring Road is expected to further enhance connectivity across the region.
Spread across 45 acres, the development will feature 85% open spaces and more than 140 lifestyle and recreational amenities. Key features include a 3-acre golf driving range, a man-made lake and extensive green landscapes inspired by Scotland. Four clubhouses spanning over 1.5 lakh sq. ft. are planned as dedicated spaces for recreation, wellness and community engagement.
The project has been designed in collaboration with UHA London, a London-headquartered architecture firm, and RSP Architects, bringing together an international design approach and local expertise. The development will offer a mix of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences across 35-storey towers, with a focus on space efficiency, ventilation and functional layouts.
