Signature Global (India) has formed a strategic partnership with the Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to create a residential project in sector 71, Gurugram, with an anticipated gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹4,000 crore. The project will span around 12.4 acres along the Southern Peripheral Road and will feature 812 residential units in configurations of 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK.
The projected development cost is estimated to be around ₹2,891 crore, as stated in the company’s regulatory filing. This agreement has been established as a brand licensing arrangement, wherein Tonino Lamborghini will offer design contributions and lend its brand name to the project, while Signature Global will manage the development, execution, and sales.
The residences will be marketed under the branding of “Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram.” The Italian company will assist in designing façades, amenities, and common areas, including lobbies and clubhouses, where branded features are anticipated to be integrated.
The commercial terms of the agreement consist of a fixed fee payable in installments, along with additional payments that are contingent on project performance exceeding a designated revenue threshold. This collaboration also signifies Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into the Indian residential real estate market, coinciding with the increasing interest in branded residences fueled by the rising demand for globally themed housing options.
