Suraksha Group, which acquired Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL), today reiterated its commitment to completing the pending projects in accordance with the resolution plan.
Over the last two years, Suraksha’s primary focus has been on streamlining and accelerating construction for existing homebuyers. The company has successfully completed construction of 84 towers comprising 7,913 dwelling units (DUs), with more than 50% of the planned construction now completed.
All remaining project deliveries are progressing in line with stipulated timelines, with the interests of existing homebuyers continuing to remain the company’s foremost priority.
Suraksha is also undertaking initiatives to strengthen Wishtown’s essential infrastructure to meet both current and future requirements.
Under its public-interest initiative, ‘Noida Ki Suraksha’, the company has announced the development of an approximately 8-acre Suraksha Sports Park in Wishtown. The state-of-the-art sports facility is planned to include a large cricket ground along with multiple sports courts, creating a dedicated recreational and sporting destination for residents.
Another significant announcement is the revival of temple construction in Sector 133, Wishtown, reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing community-oriented social and cultural infrastructure within the township.
Besides that, GSS2 has been implemented, while capacity augmentation of GSS1 is under implementation to cater to the township’s present and future power demand.
The company has also made Ganga water available to Wishtown residents, further strengthening the township’s core civic infrastructure.
These initiatives are part of Suraksha’s broader objective of ensuring that existing homebuyers receive not only their completed homes but also an upgraded and more holistic lifestyle experience within the township.
New Expansion Plan
With this foundation in place, Suraksha today announced a significant expansion of its development pipeline across Noida and the Yamuna region, comprising the relaunch of unsold inventory and fresh developments. The company believes it is now entering the next phase of its growth journey, with a strong foundation to bring fresh supply and investment into the market.
As part of this phase, Suraksha has inaugurated a curated Experience Centre at Wishtown, Noida, serving as a centralised hub showcasing its existing projects and upcoming developments across Noida and Yamuna. The centre will provide homebuyers and investors with an overview of Suraksha’s residential, commercial and township development plans.
Premium, Luxury and Ultra-Luxury Developments in the Pipeline
Suraksha’s upcoming pipeline will comprise unsold inventory, relaunches and fresh projects, catering to evolving consumer demand across Noida and the Yamuna Expressway.
Fresh launches will include premium, luxury and ultra-luxury residential developments, along with plotted residential and industrial developments. These are planned across key locations including Wishtown, Sector 151 and the Yamuna region, enabling Suraksha to address multiple segments of the evolving NCR real estate market.
As part of its technology-led construction approach, Suraksha is also setting up a precast facility in Yamuna. The facility is expected to enhance construction efficiency, improve quality and consistency, and support faster execution across upcoming developments.
Three New Townships to Anchor the Next Phase of Growth
Suraksha also announced plans to develop three new integrated townships, which will form an important part of its future growth strategy:
- Suraksha – City of the Ganges – approximately 256 acres
- Suraksha Enterprise City – approximately 85 acres
- Suraksha Yamuna Smart City – approximately 124 acres
Several upcoming residential and other developments will be integrated into these larger township ecosystems, creating opportunities for planned communities with residential, commercial and supporting infrastructure.
Mr. Jash Panchamia, Executive Director, Jaypee Infratech Limited, said: “Over the last two years, our approach has been very clear—we had to first deliver on our commitments to existing homebuyers and bring the stalled projects firmly back on track. With more than 50% of construction completed and the remaining deliveries progressing as per the stipulated timelines, we believe we are now at an appropriate stage to enter the next phase of growth. Our existing homebuyers will continue to remain our primary responsibility. At the same time, we are excited about the significant opportunity ahead across Noida and Yamuna, with a pipeline of unsold inventory, relaunches and new projects.”
With the completion of existing projects progressing alongside a substantial new development pipeline, Suraksha is now positioning itself for the next phase of growth—one that combines delivery, infrastructure development, new supply and enhanced lifestyle offerings across Noida and the Yamuna region.
