Real estate has remained one of the most preferred investments for high networth individuals. Bollywood personalities have also been picking up properties not only for self-use but also as an investment.

Recently, actor Amitabh Bachchan bought four offices spread over nearly 8,400 sq ft in a commercial project in Oshiwara locality of Mumbai’s Andheri suburb for nearly Rs 29 crore.

Along with Bachchan, actors Kartik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan along with her mother Amrita Singh have also acquired properties in the same tower. Interestingly, actors Ajay Devgan and Kajol too have bought offices in the same project earlier.

Not only actors, but producers and directors are also acquiring such high-end properties.

Recently, film producer and director Dinesh Vijan purchased a luxury duplex apartment spread over nearly 7,800 sq ft in a super-premium residential tower Rustomjee Parishram in Mumbai’s plush Pali Hill area in Bandra suburb for nearly Rs 103 crore.
