Omaxe has disclosed a net consolidated loss after tax amounting to ₹696.80 crore for the financial year 2025-26. In comparison, the company had reported a loss after tax of ₹685.40 crore in FY25, as stated in a filing with the BSE. The net consolidated total income of the company for FY26 was ₹1,339.74 crore, reflecting a decrease of 18.16 percent from the ₹1,636.97 crore recorded in FY25.
In the fourth quarter of FY26, the net consolidated total income experienced a decline of 31.95 percent, reaching ₹376.31 crore, compared to ₹553.03 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous year.
The company reported a loss after tax of ₹191.42 crore in Q4 FY26, in contrast to a loss after tax of ₹148.67 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year.
