Keystone Realtors Ltd, a Mumbai-based real estate enterprise, announced on Thursday a substantial 84 percent surge in its sales bookings, reaching Rs 1,423 crore during the second quarter of the current fiscal year. This remarkable growth was primarily driven by robust demand for luxury and premium residential projects.
According to a regulatory disclosure, the company’s sales volume in area terms increased by 31 percent, expanding to 0.65 million square feet during the July-September period, compared to 0.5 million square feet in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The value of sales bookings, commonly referred to as pre-sales, demonstrated significant growth, escalating to Rs 1,423 crore from Rs 772 crore during the same comparative period.
During the April-September timeframe, pre-sales achieved a record high of Rs 2,041 crore, surpassing the Rs 1,839 crore recorded in the equivalent period of the prior financial year.
Keystone Realtors reported that during the first half of the financial year, it has accomplished 41 percent of its full-year pre-sales target for FY27.
“As the festive season draws near, we are optimistic regarding our robust pipeline of project launches scheduled for the remainder of FY27. I am assured that our organization possesses the capability to not only secure additional projects but also execute them with operational excellence. The redevelopment sector in Mumbai continues to represent a fundamental strategic priority, presenting considerable opportunities for sustained wealth generation,” stated Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of Keystone Realtors Ltd.
