The Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has invited applications for the e-auction of industrial plots in Barwala Industrial Area till Feb 28. The tentative date of the auction has been fixed as March 18.
Estate manager of HSIIDC Barwala, Yogesh Kaushik, said the exercise to sell industrial plots has started. “The plots can be purchased through e-auction, which is likely to be held on March 18. To participate in the e-auction, registration can be done on the HSIID’s portal https://hsiidc.bidx.in till Feb 28,” he added.He said:
“Due to its location along the Panchkula-Yamunanagar NH 73, Barwala Industrial Area offers immense opportunities for industries here, and thus, industrial activities are continuously increasing here.”He said through e-auction 1012.50 sq metre, 4050 sq metre, 4,900 sq metre, 5,800 sq metre, 7,000 sq metre, 8,300 sq metre, 9,000 sq metre and 10,165 sq metre plots would be sold by the corporation. Any factory can set up its unit here.
