The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has released a tender for the construction of a new building complex featuring 16 courtrooms at Daminedu in the Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh. This proposed complex will include a stilt level and five additional floors, specifically designed to house various courtrooms along with necessary administrative facilities.
The project scope encompasses mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, bulk infrastructure provisions, and extensive site development activities. The estimated value of the contract is Rs 116.03 crore, with the objective of establishing modern and integrated court infrastructure that enhances accessibility, operational efficiency, and public amenities.
This development is anticipated to offer improved facilities for legal practitioners and court personnel. Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 28 May, 2026.
