Godrej Properties (GPL) has secured a 3.8-acre land parcel located on Sarjapur Road in South Bengaluru. This project is projected to generate revenue of ₹2,400 crore and has a development potential of two million square feet.
Following this acquisition, GPL anticipates a total revenue potential of ₹3,500 crore, with a development area of three million square feet across the entire 30 acres.
The increased potential is primarily attributed to the higher Floor Space Index (FSI) permissibility throughout the entire land parcel, enabling the comprehensive 30 acres to be master planned as an integrated township for group housing development.
