Welspun Enterprises has been awarded the letter of award (LoA) by the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) for the development of a 6-lane partially elevated highway corridor, along with the enhancement of an existing road segment from km. 10+600 to km. 64+000 (Pune to Shirur) of NH-753F.
This initiative, which will be carried out under a DBFOT (Toll) framework, has a design length of 53.40 km and an estimated total project cost of around Rs. 7,300 crore.
The undertaking encompasses a construction duration of four years and a sub-concession period lasting 29 years. MSIDC is serving as the implementing agency and the entity responsible for tendering the project. This initiative represents a significant infrastructure endeavor aimed at enhancing transportation connectivity, improving road safety, and fostering economic development in the region.
