TVS Emerald Acquires 10-Acre Land Parcel in Bengaluru

TVS Emerald has acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Sathnur, Bengaluru, adding to its growing portfolio of development projects. The land has a development potential of 1.4 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,600 crore. This acquisition is part of the company’s expansion strategy for FY 2025, during which it has secured land deals with a total revenue potential of ₹5,300 crore. The projects currently under development by TVS Emerald now cover 8.2 million square feet.

This marks the fourth land acquisition by TVS Emerald in the current financial year. The company had previously acquired two land parcels in Chennai, including a 12-acre plot on Radial Road and a 4.8-acre parcel in Padur. In addition, it secured a 4-acre land parcel in Thanisandra, Bengaluru. These acquisitions align with the company’s focus on strengthening its presence in key real estate markets.

Sriram Iyer, Director and CEO of TVS Emerald, stated that the company’s continued expansion in Chennai and Bengaluru reflects its long-term growth strategy. He highlighted that the latest acquisition would further consolidate TVS Emerald’s position in the market. The company’s presence in important micro-markets is expected to support its efforts to establish a strong foothold in the residential real estate segment.

The acquisition in Sathnur adds to the company’s development pipeline, reinforcing its commitment to expanding in high-demand locations. With multiple projects in progress, TVS Emerald is positioning itself for sustained growth in the residential sector. The company aims to leverage its growing land bank to cater to market demand while maintaining steady project execution.

TVS Emerald’s focus on Bengaluru and Chennai highlights its strategy of targeting major urban centers with strong residential demand.
