TREVOC Group has announced a strategic partnership with Ramacivil India Construction Private Limited (RICPL) for the development of its upcoming residential project, TREVOC Royal Residences, in Sector-56, Golf Course Road, Gurugram. This collaboration aims to combine TREVOC’s expertise in luxury real estate with RICPL’s experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
TREVOC Royal Residences is a 27-storey residential complex that will feature 172 apartments along with a clubhouse and a Skydeck offering city views. The project seeks to establish a new standard in the segment by integrating contemporary design with functional living spaces. The clubhouse will include a range of amenities designed to enhance residents’ lifestyle.
Gurpal Singh Chawla, Managing Director of TREVOC Group, highlighted that the collaboration with RICPL is integral to ensuring high-quality execution. He noted that TREVOC Royal Residences is designed to offer a balance of modern architecture and an exclusive living experience. The selection of RICPL aligns with the company’s objective of delivering well-constructed and thoughtfully designed residential spaces.
Praveen Gupta, Managing Director of RICPL, emphasized the company’s commitment to contributing to the project’s success. He stated that the partnership reflects RICPL’s focus on delivering technically advanced and efficiently executed construction solutions. He also pointed out that the development will add to the evolving residential offerings in Gurugram.
RICPL has been involved in construction and infrastructure development for over five decades. The company has executed a range of projects across healthcare, residential, and institutional sectors. It has an annual turnover of over Rs. 1,200 crore and an order book exceeding Rs. 5,000 crore. The firm has developed more than 50 million square feet of built space and employs over 12,000 professionals.
Some of RICPL’s projects include the 27-storey IPD Tower & Institute of Cardio Vascular Science in Jaipur, the Mauritius ENT Hospital, and the GPRA Luxury Housing project in Sriniwaspuri. The company has also contributed to educational infrastructure with projects like IIM Jammu and IIT Jammu.
TREVOC Group, with a 75-year history in the real estate sector, has outlined plans for expansion in Delhi-NCR. The company aims to develop residential, commercial, and plotted developments at key locations, including Golf Course Extension Road, Southern Peripheral Road, and Dwarka Expressway. The upcoming projects are part of a broader strategy to cater to demand in prime locations.
