The state government will auction 19 properties in 10 districts on October 14. A notification in this regard will be issued on October 10.
Special chief secretary of municipal administration and urban development Arvind Kumar reviewed preparations for the auction.
Apart from properties in and around Hyderabad which would be e-auctioned, the others across the state will be done via physicial bidding process.
While HMDA and TSIIC are conducting the e-auctions for certain properties by acting as agencies of the government, district collectors will conduct physical auctions in the districts.
Arvind Kumar urged the district collectors, Rajiv Swagruha Corporation, HMDA and TSIIC to ensure that details of the plots, layouts, site visits, auction procedures are posted on their websites and advertisements to be taken up. tnn
