Sunaina Rakesh Roshan buys two commercial units worth ₹6.42 crore

Sunaina Rakesh Roshan has acquired two commercial units in Vaidya West World One Aeropolis, located in Andheri East, Mumbai, for a total of ₹6.42 crore. The first property, valued at ₹3.16 crore, features a carpet area of 113.06 square meters (1,217 square feet) and includes two designated car parking spaces.

This transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹18.98 lakh and registration fees amounting to ₹30,000, as per the property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The second unit was purchased for ₹3.26 crore, offering a carpet area of 116.50 square meters (1,254 square feet) and also comes with two parking spaces. This transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹19.56 lakh, in addition to registration costs of ₹30,000.

Both transactions were officially registered in November 2025. In the same building, Sunaina Roshan’s father, Rakesh Roshan, along with her mother, has also acquired five commercial units valued at ₹19.68 crore, which were registered in November 2025.
