Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL), a prominent renewable EPC firm, has secured a contract valued at Rs 1,381 crore from Adani Green Energy.
As part of a five-year strategic partnership framework agreement, SWREL has obtained its initial purchase order for a balance of system (BOS) package across three solar power projects located at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujaratārecognized as one of the largest renewable installations globally.
This order encompasses the supply of goods and onsite services. SWREL is currently engaged in nearly six GW of projects in Khavda, with approximately five GW anticipated to be completed within the ongoing financial year. The addition of this new one GW project further enhances the companyās footprint in the region.
