The Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) has for the first time fixed the fee for transfer of name in property tax register.
Property owners will now have to pay 2,000 for mutation of name in property tax register and another Rs 350 as publication fee.
On Monday, SCB passed a resolution unanimously on standardized fees in a special board meeting held here.
