Manglam Group has made its entry into the redevelopment sector of Mumbai with the introduction of its residential project – Manglam Rajanigandha, located in Borivali (West).
The project is being executed in collaboration with Manglam & Karnani Ventures LLP. “With a financial commitment of ā¹100 crore, we are optimistic that Manglam Rajanigandha will serve as a benchmark for quality redevelopment and establish a new standard for residential living in the city,” stated N. K. Gupta, the chairman of the company.
With an investment of ā¹100 crore and an anticipated revenue of ā¹150 crore, the project spans 80,000 sq ft of land and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026. The development will comprise 80 apartments, with half allocated for current tenants and the remaining half available for new homebuyers. The carpet areas of the apartments will vary from 680 to 776 sq ft.
