Embassy Developments (EDL) has successfully completed six long-overdue residential projects in prominent Indian cities, allowing over 3,000 families to move into their new homes.
This includes significant developments in Mumbai, Thane, Gurugram, and Visakhapatnam. The projects, which were previously on hold, have now obtained occupation certificates (OCs) and have evolved into fully operational communities.
Among these, notable projects include Blu Estate & Club in Worli, The Sky Forest in Lower Parel, and One Indiabulls in Thane. In Gurugram, the Enigma and Centrum Park projects are now functional, with Centrum Park completely handed over to its residents.
Additionally, Indiabulls Sierra in Visakhapatnam has commenced the possession process. The revival of these projects by EDL highlights its robust governance, customer-focused approach, and effective execution capabilities. Embassy Services continues to oversee facility management during the transition to resident-led communities.
